Our Unique High Statistics High Precision Quantitative Surface Engineering Metrology

  1. We  build and now manufacture specifically designed ‘High Statistics Class10/ISO4 Three Liquid Contact Angle Analysis  benches 
  2. We map  Surface Energies on small and large wafers of GaAs, Si, native oxides, and piezoelectrics for sensos  such as  LiTaO3 and LiNbO3 . 
  3. We  measure total wafers surface energy, γT  and its components. when of interes.
  4. We cant  monitor surface  dopant activity and their interactions with donors (γ+) and acceptors surfaces (γ−) during bonding. 
  5. We measure directly a wafer surface reactivity and its modification through  processing steps.
  6. We can quantitatively track the evolution of a wafer surface reactivity and its chemical  potential via the measurement of the surface Gibbs Energy ( γLW), also called the Lifshitz - van des Waals energy of interaction.
  7. We reach a precision of  ± 5% for surface energies, surface reactivity,  surface chemical potential, surface Gibbs Free Energies,  for Surface Engineering .
